After she sung the crowd cheered after Lovato‘s own version of the US National Anthem, in which she delivered it with a taste of pop and different from the original.

Her fans praised her via Twitter account and on the YouTube video. But some observers did not seem to be please and voiced out their reactions.

A commentator wrote at YouTube.“This is bad because this is not how the national anthem should be sung. It should be to the same notes of how the song really is.

This is not a pop song for here to be adding all this extra stuff, it is the national anthem and should be treated with more respect; there should be laws to protect the national anthem.

Kevin Kaduk of Yahoo Sports wrote a post titled “Demi Lovato makes America’s ears hurt for the second straight World Series” also on Sunday, where he noted the singer’s performance of the US National Anthem at Game 5 of the World Series 2011 “Demi Lovato just added 467 more notes to the National Anthem,” Oakland Athletics pitcher Brett Anderson tweeted.

“Demi Lovato‘s National Anthem: more painful than 19th-century dentistry.” Eye on Baseball (@Eye on Baseball) tweeted. Likewise,

Kaduk says“The rules of singing the National Anthem are simple: Move the song along in a uniform manner, do not attempt half-baked impressions of Christina Aguilera, do not add any more notes and, above all, realize the song is about your country, not about you or promoting your television show.”

What will be the reaction of a singer pop icon Demi Lovato regarding the bad comments of other observers?
