Arroyo Scam Pocket - According to Sergio Osmena III, on Monday after the hearing of Senate Blue Ribbon Committee.The past Government of Administration took an estimated Ten to Fifteen Billion Pesos in kickback from One Hundred Eleven Billion Pesos "Presidents Bridges Program" that did not go to a bidding process.
The said Administration of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo had entered 14 anomalous contract estimated to have cost P 111,942,110,000 for the constructions of bridges that where not fully utilized.
The scam of Former President Arroyo was under investigation,the people responsible for this scam will be punished.
