The world pointed and laughed as Heidi Montag Pratt made her transition from irrelevant reality star to irrelevant wannabe pop tart during NBC’s live broadcast of the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant at Atlantis on Paradise Island in the Bahamas on Sunday night.
The Miss Universe production interrupted the majority of her dance number with images of the 15 finalists doing a bikini photo shoot in the Bahamas, pushing "Body Language" into background music status.
