Thats the are the reasons why Allex Karras died at his very young age. Alex Karras is special because he accomplished that despite playing along the line of scrimmage. It's easy for a star quarterback or star running back to be a TV star. It's not as easy for a 248-pound lineman because the common man can't identify with him.

Few people are as big as a lineman, but Karras, through his humor, made viewers feel as though he was the lunch-pail type of guy with whom they'd love to share a beer and talk football. PNoy or President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino signed Proclamation No. 488 on Tuesday, October 9, 2012, declaring October 26, 2012 a regular holiday throughout the country.

The Eidul Adha (Eid-ul-Adha) or the Feast of Sacrifice for Filipino Muslims, which is one of the two greatest feasts of Islam.

 “Now, therefore, I, Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, 26 October 2012, as a regular holiday throughout the country, in observance of Eidul Adha (Feast of Sacrifice).”

The proclamation further stated by Pnoy. The Republic Act No. 9849 provides that Eidul Adha shall be celebrated as a regular holiday. The date of the festival is based on the declaration made by Saudi Arabia‘s highest religious body.”

Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago,Calling citizen and students to “Join the War” against Senate Bill No. 3299 taken up in plenary on Wednesday, Santiago said the new version of the excise tax on alcohol and tobacco is “so watered down” that “it should be called ‘the death star bill’.”.

Miriam said,“I am gobsmacked at the committee report. It is an abject surrender to the very rich and very powerful tobacco and alcohol lobby. The Kidnappers attacked a 70 -year old owner of a gasoline station and her secretary were freed Wednesday evening morning in Maguindanao.

Annie Datuwata Cuan, owner of Petron Gas Station, and Christabelle Jorolan were released in Datu Piang between 2 a.m. to 3 a.m., Senior Superintendent Roque Alcantara, provincial police chief, said.

The businesswoman and Jorolan were abducted by a group of armed men in Libungan, North Cotabato last week. The suspects escaped using a white van and headed towards the direction of Barangay Central Labas in Midsayap.

The getaway vehicle was later recovered by police.No ransom was paid for their release. Alcantara said the release was made “due to the pressure of local government units and law enforcers.

” The two were undergoing medical examinations, said Alcantara. Alcantara make sure that five suspects have been identified and were now being hunted down by the authorities.
